MEDIUM ROAST; BRAZIL

Start with a warm note of toasted macadamia, then a layer of cocoa that reads more dark chocolate than milk chocolate. The sweetness stays in the aroma, not the cup, so it finishes clean instead of syrupy. A medium roast keeps the coffee present underneath the flavoring, with a soft body and a lingering nutty aftertaste.

Best as a morning treat or an afternoon cup. It holds up black, and milk or a splash of cream brings the chocolate forward. Pair it with shortbread, banana bread, or nothing at all.

All of our flavored coffees are made with our medium roast Brazil bean. The softer bean (farmed at a lower altitude) helps with flavor absorption, and provides a rich, smooth backdrop to all your favorite flavors.
