We’ve combined two or more of our incredible estate coffees to create a singular flavor; a proprietary blend all our own just for you to enjoy. Each blend has its own distinctive, rich taste.
A blend of Ethiopia Yirgacheffe and India Monsooned Malabar coffees.
Extremely balanced, smooth cup, with low acid (thanks to the India Monsooned Malabar) but still a substantial cup of coffee with a berry fruitiness from the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe. A customer recommendation that has proven to be one of our most popular blends. Most recently known as Afternoon Blend.

Named for a long-term, dedicated staffer at our roasting facility who loved to tinker with blends, he inspired this great blend of Central and South American coffees teamed with a great Indonesian, all roasted to a full city brown. Delicious!
