Medium Roast | Sugarcane Processed
Origin: Huila, Colombia. Producer: Colibri de Paz (Cabra Noir). Varieties: Caturra & Pink Bourbon. Altitude: 1,850 m. 86+ points.
Flavor notes: jasmine, honey, white chocolate, lychee, aromatic flowers.
Decaf that's anything but dull! From the soaring slopes of Huila, Colombia, at 1,850 meters, this Caturra and Pink Bourbon beauty is gently decaffeinated with natural sugarcane, so every drop of flavor stays put. Jasmine and honey bloom right out of the bag, followed by a silky white chocolate body and a juicy lychee finish. At 86+ points, it's a true specialty treat you can savor morning, noon or midnight. Small bags only, so don't wait!
Sugarcane processing: Green coffee is steamed, then rinsed in ethyl acetate made from fermented sugarcane, which draws out the caffeine while leaving the flavor intact. The beans are steamed again to remove any trace, then dried and roasted like any other coffee.

MEDIUM ROAST
Well-balanced, nutty, chocolaty, with low acidity. SSFC (Strictly Soft Fine Cup) beans are grown under 1200 meters above sea level to be free of harsh flavors.
