This microlot comes from Finca Santa Matilde, high in the mountains of Jinotega. Salvador Mayorga and Dorisabel Conrado founded the farm in 2022. Maracaturra is a natural hybrid of Maragogipe and Caturra, known for its large beans and expressive cup. It's complex and juicy, with floral aromatics, bright citrus acidity, red berry and ripe strawberry, and layers of caramel and cocoa over a heavy body.
