Product Description
Our most unusual coffee; the coffee is picked and spread out in a warehouse which is open to the moisture-laden winds. It is turned twice a day for weeks and is "monsooned", so that the acid is reduced, producing the most mellow, velvety yet complex cup. A most incredible coffee.
